Lean Six Sigma Training

DFA is providing Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt trainings. Learn the tools and methodologies to reduce waste, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.

Lean Six Sigma White BeltWhite Belt Training

This two-hour training introduces principles of both Lean and Six Sigma, and how to apply those principles to streamline processes, reduce waste and inconsistencies, and identify other areas of improvement.

DocuSign Training

DFA is providing introductory hands-on training on DocuSign. Learn how to set up and send documents for electronic signature and manage the approval process.

This online training provides an overview of why and how to use DocuSign and allows participants to practice how to create and use a digital signature, send a document electronically, and manage the approval process.
